Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lash Technician to join our growing team at Kaybee Studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lash artistry, a commitment to client care, and a keen eye for detail. This position offers the opportunity to perform lash extensions, lash lifts, and related services while growing within a supportive and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lash Extensions: Apply classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions with precision and artistry.

Lash Lifts and Tinting: Perform lash lifts and tinting services tailored to enhance each client's natural beauty.

Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and customize services to meet their needs.

Aftercare Guidance: Educate clients on proper aftercare for lash extensions and lifts to ensure long-lasting results.

Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Client Relationships: Build strong, professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Content Creation: Capture before-and-after photos/videos for marketing purposes in alignment with Kaybee Studio's branding standards.

Studio Support: Assist with other studio tasks as needed, including maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Minimum 1 year of lash extension experience (classics, hybrids, and volumes preferred).

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of lash mapping, isolation, and application techniques.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional precision and attention to detail.

Client-Focused: A professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent service.

Sanitation Standards: Commitment to hygiene and safety protocols in line with industry standards.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide aftercare guidance.
