As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients through professional eyelash application while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.

Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and lengths. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized. Assist at the front desk as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by promoting products related to eyelash care and maintenance. Upsell services and products to enhance the overall client experience while meeting sales goals.

Skills

Proficient in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail. Strong background in retail sales, with the ability to upsell effectively. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
