Responsibilities
Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring safety and client comfort.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored beauty solutions.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling additional beauty services or retail items.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment area according to health regulations.
Educate clients on eyelash extension aftercare and product usage to promote long-lasting results.
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service to encourage repeat business.
Experience
Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions is required; certification or training in lash extension techniques is preferred.
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and explaining services effectively.
Experience working at the front desk or managing appointment scheduling is a plus.
