Responsibilities

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and adherence to best practices. Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and answering any questions regarding services. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards and protocols. Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the eyelash services provided. Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and processing payments efficiently. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is preferred. Strong background in retail sales and customer service, with a passion for beauty and aesthetics. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding service are essential. Certification or training in eyelash extensions is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Pay: $17.20-$89.69 per hour
