Position Overview:

We're looking for a passionate, hardworking, and driven

Lash Technician

to join our growing team. This is a

commission-based

position starting part-time with

flexible hours

, with the opportunity to transition into a

full-time

role. For the right individual, a

leadership or management role

will be available as we continue to expand, along with increased pay and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional lash extension services (classic, hybrid, and volume) Maintain a high standard of hygiene and studio cleanliness Build strong, lasting relationships with clients Align with It Girl's signature service experience and values Support marketing efforts (e.g. before/after content, participating in promotions) Contribute positively to a collaborative and empowering team environment (Optional for management) Assist in training, mentoring, or overseeing new staff

What We're Looking For:

Certified Lash Technician with experience (1+ years preferred) Ambitious, loyal, and committed to personal and team growth Friendly, professional, and highly organized Able to work independently while contributing to a team Open to training, feedback, and possible leadership development Bonus if you have skills in brows or makeup
