Duties

Perform professional eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction and safety Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment in accordance with health standards Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the longevity of eyelash extensions Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and answering inquiries Upsell related products such as lash serums, cleansers, and aftercare kits to enhance client experience and salon revenue Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs promptly Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement eyelash services

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is required; certification or training in lash extension techniques is preferred Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clients Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently, including scheduling and client inquiries Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for beauty and wellness Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude Prior experience in a salon or spa setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.50-$37.50 per hour
