The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction and safety Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work area in accordance with health standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and preferences Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out procedures, and client inquiries Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty items through upselling techniques Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer the best services

Experience

Prior experience in eyelash extensions or related beauty treatments is required; training will be provided for the right candidate but they must have experience Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively to create returning clientele Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is a plus Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
