Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications according to client preferences and industry standards.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to provide innovative services.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
What We're Looking For:
Certified Lash Extension Technician;
Reliable, self-motivated, and confident working independently;
Great with clients and focused on delivering a top-tier experience;
Living or currently working near Fergus, Centre Wellington or Guelph is preferable;
Confident using our online booking system and completing checkouts/rebooking clients.
Additional Information:
We are open to supplying lash products/supplies/tools or you bringing in your own. Shared booking system with The Nail Club. Advertising, marketing and social media perks through The Nail Clubs (3k + followers on Instagram).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
