Responsibilities

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality standards. Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired look and recommend suitable options. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to deliver outstanding customer service throughout their visit. Assist with retail sales of beauty products and upsell services to enhance client satisfaction. Complete front desk duties, including payments and scheduling future appointments Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication
Requirements

Certificates in Classic, Volume and Mega Volume lash extensions, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations, Lash & Brow Tints an asset however will consider training contract with the right candidate(s). Strategic posting on social media accounts to attract new clientele. Background in retail sales and customer service is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client experience. Experience with front desk operations is a plus. Looking for long term employment. 1+ years Must be willing to work evenings and weekends - these are the times most clients are available!
