Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality laser treatments to clients while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to educate clients about the procedures and aftercare. The Laser Technician will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and adhering to sanitation protocols.

Duties

Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and educating them about the procedures. Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized before and after each use, following strict hygiene standards. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress. Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate products for post-treatment care. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and safety regulations related to laser treatments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service is essential, with a focus on creating positive client interactions. Experience in body waxing or similar beauty services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and the ability to maintain a clean work environment. Retail sales experience is a plus, with an understanding of product recommendations for clients. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
