Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing laser treatments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to build rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment process.

Duties

Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols. Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained according to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about procedures. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including client progress and follow-up care. Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to clients based on their individual needs. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in laser technology.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience in body waxing or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with retail sales practices and the ability to engage clients effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interaction with clients. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the treatment area. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
