Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time permanent

Laser Operator

to join our Titan Matrix division manufacturing team. This role is responsible for fabricating metal components used in custom HVAC and data center equipment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on fabrication experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 3:30PM - 12:00AM

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions Cut, bend, roll, punch, drill, weld, and form metal stock into parts and products Operate metalworking machinery including press brake, shear, notcher, and plasma equipment Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment Clean, lubricate, and perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Equipment & Machinery Experience

Press Brake Shear Notcher Plasma Machine Forklift Laser or plasma table experience considered an asset

Qualifications

Indentured

1st or 2nd year apprenticeship

preferred Minimum

Grade 12 education

Shop or HVAC manufacturing experience Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints Forklift experience Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work overtime when required Proven ability to complete projects efficiently and safely
