Duties

, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex emergency mitigation and construction projects for residential, multi-family, and commercial properties. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your expertise in monitoring job costs and driving profitability will directly contribute to our company's success and continued growth.

Requirements

A minimum of five years of project management experience, with a strong preference for a background in insurance restoration. Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex projects, with at least two years dedicated to residential, multi-family, or commercial restoration. Demonstrated proficiency in estimating and a keen dedication to meticulous job cost monitoring to ensure profitability. A solid working knowledge of building envelope principles, building sciences, and advanced project management methodologies. Experience overseeing both emergency mitigation and construction projects. Exceptional computer literacy is essential for this position, as you will be utilizing our advanced job management software. Familiarity with Xactimate and an IICRC certification are highly valued assets

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
