About the Role:

We are currently seeking a

Large Format Print & CNC Operator

to join our fast-paced, collaborative production team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are mechanically inclined, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for producing a variety of printed media while learning CNC routing and machining for sign manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain large format printing equipment Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines Follow job instructions and prioritize tasks effectively Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with general production tasks and other assigned duties

CNC Training & Development:

As part of your role, you'll receive

on-the-job training in CNC routing and sign fabrication

. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you'll learn to:

Operate CNC routers to cut materials such as acrylic, aluminum, ACM, and wood Set up jobs, tool paths, and machine parameters Read production files and drawings (CorelDRAW, Illustrator) Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Follow safety standards and quality control procedures
No previous CNC experience is required--just a willingness to learn and a good mechanical mindset.

What You Bring:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) Valid G2 or G driver's license Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable using tools and equipment in a shop setting Good communication skills (verbal and written) Reliability, motivation, and a positive attitude
