Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Landscape Technician

to join our team in Abbotsford! In this role, you will help install and maintain beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces, with occasional work in nearby locations. This is a great opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in landscaping or earn extra income while completing their studies

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform regular garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, trimming, deadheading, and edging. Plant flowers, shrubs, and other greenery according to seasonal needs. Mulching, fertilizing, and soil amendment application as needed. Assist with lawn care, including mowing, edging, and leaf blowing. Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, outdoor kitchens, and fire pits using materials like concrete, pavers, bricks, stone, and wood. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Required Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn from experienced team members. Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines diligently

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
