Serving in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas since 1993, We offer landscape design, implementation, consulting, and year-round maintenance. As a key member of the Ace Landscaping Team, the Landscape Team Leader will work both in the field and in the office. The role will be dynamic, challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to refine and develop your leadership, problem-solving, communication skills and expertise.

Lead by example and supervise Captains and Teams Schedule workers' tasks and follow up on job progress Ensure the quality of work performed Conduct staff training sessions, and participate in the hiring process Budgeting, money handling, and relevant financial aspects Perform manual duties if needed Competitive wages ($25.00 - $33.00 per hour) depending on qualifications and experience.
