Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and horticulture. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, gardening, and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring that our projects meet high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and weeding to ensure the health and appearance of gardens and lawns. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment. Engage in excavation tasks as needed for planting or construction projects. Collaborate with team members to execute landscape designs effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work trucks and areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.

Requirements

Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred. Familiarity with operating excavators and other heavy machinery is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist in the upkeep of landscaping tools and equipment. Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. A keen eye for detail to ensure quality workmanship in all tasks performed. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
