Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as checking oil and filters

- Conduct routine site inspections to identify and address maintenance issues

- Maintain and repair landscaping features such as gardens, irrigation systems, and outdoor structures

- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete maintenance tasks

- Assist with the construction of new structures or renovation projects

- Assist with Gardening and Pruning of Plants

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

- Proficiency in operating machinery

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
