You'll be:

Representing Green Ideas in a professional, respectful capacity at all times to clients, vendors, employees Ensuring quality control for all aspects of a project Following instruction and meeting project timelines, Shift from approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (earlier/later/additional hours may be required) Leading a team of 1-3 people in maintenance, gardening, softscaping and related tasks, training and mentoring where necessary Estimating for and pick up/delivery of soil, mulch, etc. Occasional assistance in other projects including hardscaping and construction Maintaining daily time/material/photo records pertaining to assigned work, including receipt collection Punctual retrieval/return of truck, trailer and equipment at yard (Spryfield area) Punctual crew pick up at designated location for transport to job sites Following industry-standard safety guidelines and company policy Performing other related duties, as assigned

You are physically fit, enjoy working in the great outdoors, and are motivated to do a good job! Your role will involve hands-on physical labour, taking instruction from a supervisor, heavy lifting, handling Nova Scotia's wild weather, and being a reliable part of the GILD team. Experienced candidates only.
