About the Job

We are looking for a dependable Landscape Construction Foreman/Foreperson who can take control of job sites, guide a small crew, and help deliver professional landscape projects from start to finish.

You must be someone who can lead by example, solve problems on site, work safely, and make sure the job is done right the first time.

This role is hands-on. You will be working with the crew every day while also managing the project, equipment, and overall site flow.

Salary- $25-$38 an hour it will vary depending on skillset.

Main Responsibilities

-Build and install patios, walkways, stairs, retaining walls, paver driveways, and fencing

-Complete stone masonry and other hardscape tasks

-Install turf, sod, plants, trees, shrubs, and water features

-Operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, laser levels, and saws

-Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and layout plans

-Guide and supervise a small crew to keep work on schedule

-Train team members and help them improve their skills

-Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times

-Check finished work to make sure it meets quality standards

-Document daily progress and update the project manager

-Communicate professionally with clients when needed

-Help with snow removal in the winter season

Requirements

-4+ years of experience in landscape construction

-Strong knowledge of hardscapes, softscapes, tools, and equipment

-Able to lead a small team confidently

-Skilled equipment operator

-Valid Class 5 driver's license

-Physically capable of heavy outdoor work

-Reliable, hardworking, and able to work with little supervision

-Good problem-solving and communication skills
