We are seeking energetic and dedicated Landscapers, Labourers, and Sidewalks Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal through skilled landscaping and sidewalk construction. Duties

Assist with landscape installation, including planting, lawn care, and garden maintenance to promote healthy growth and vibrant outdoor environments Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for excavation, hardscape installation, and site preparation Maintain existing landscapes through mowing, pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system setup, and general horticulture practices Construct sidewalks, pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape features with precision and care Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe walkways and driveways Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites or landscape projects

Experience

Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or related outdoor maintenance roles is preferred but not required--training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators is advantageous Familiarity with lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, tree care including trimming and pruning, and irrigation systems is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles and gardening practices will help in delivering top-tier results Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for demanding tasks Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
