Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various landscape maintenance tasks that contribute to the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Ideal candidates will have a passion for working outdoors and possess the skills necessary to maintain gardens, operate hand and power tools, and assist in building landscape features.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, watering, and fertilizing plants. Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners to complete various landscaping tasks. Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features. Assist in the installation of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants. Build landscape features such as retaining walls or garden beds as directed. Follow safety protocols while working to ensure a safe environment for yourself and your team. Ability to operate equipment, Skid steers, Excavators, Loaders, Hydroseeders, Mowers. Class 3 license with air endorsement an asset . 1 Tons, 3 Ton & 5 Ton trucks

Requirements

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping tasks. Attention to detail with a focus on quality work and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
