Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to landscaping and maintenance. This role involves performing various tasks to enhance and maintain the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Duties

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution. Perform gardening duties including planting, pruning, and weeding to promote healthy plant growth. Carry out landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, and mulching to keep properties looking their best. Harvest for plants, leaves, mushrooms. Snow removal and land maintenance. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment used in landscaping tasks. Collaborate with team members on construction projects, including installing hardscapes like patios and walkways. Follow safety protocols while working in diverse weather conditions and environments.

Experience

Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with excavators and other heavy machinery is a plus. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, gardening practices, and plant care is beneficial. Ability to work with various hand tools and power tools effectively. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Pay: $17.20-$28.54 per hour
