Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including planting, digging, and building garden features. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Build and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing minor repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols while working in various outdoor environments. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements

Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating various tools and equipment. Experience with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is a plus. Ability to dig, lift, and carry heavy materials as part of daily tasks. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$29.00 per hour
