Hardscape Crew Member - Full-Time

Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating beautiful, lasting landscapes? We're hiring a Hardscape Crew Member to join our growing team at Benchmarc Landscapes, a professional hardscaping company specializing in concrete and Unilock stone installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform concrete finishing and installation work with precision and efficiency Install Unilock (or similar) interlocking stone systems Operate and maintain landscape and construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, mini excavators, compactors) Load, haul, and tow materials and equipment using trucks and trailers Perform physically demanding labour including digging, lifting, and grading Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe Follow project plans and work collaboratively with the crew and foreman
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete and interlocking stone installations Proficiency in operating small construction equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract Comfortable driving with trailers and backing up into tight spaces Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor tasks in all weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
