Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including building, digging, and maintaining gardens. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Maintain landscapes by performing regular upkeep tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and other plants as required. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Exhibit mechanical knowledge by performing basic maintenance on equipment used in landscaping tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools effectively is a plus. A willingness to learn new skills related to gardening and landscape management is essential. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
