IslandEarth is hiring full-time Landscapers - New Construction to help bring ambitious outdoor projects to life across Greater Victoria. Based in Langford, we craft exceptional landscapes from the ground up, encompassing soil preparation, rockwork, custom installations, and meticulous planting for top-tier commercial and residential sites.

This is not maintenance. This is real construction work with a team that takes pride in transforming raw ground into beautiful, lasting environments.

You'll Be:

Preparing soil, installing sod, mulch, gravel, and plants Working with rock walls, edging, and irrigation installation crews Reading site plans and executing clean, pro-level work Part of a tight-knit team that finishes what they start

We're Looking For:

Reliable, physically fit, and ready to hustle outdoors Construction experience or landscaping background preferred Can lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions Driver's license required - you'll help move materials and equipment
