(Contractual Position to June 13, 2025)DUTIESThe successful applicant will perform manual tasks in providing services and utility-type maintenance to university grounds, buildings, equipment and facilities. Duties include snow clearing during regular and off-hours; tree maintenance; weed and plant identification; turf maintenance; equipment maintenance; indoor landscaping; pest management (indoor, trees, shrubs and/or flowers); hard landscaping; operating grounds equipment; painting roadway markings; performing spring clean-up of roadways and parking lots; moving furniture and equipment; and performing other related duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS
Experience (1 year) in performing landscape industry duties; graduation from high school; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Possession of a valid driver\'s license and driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract, as issued by the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador is required.
