Job Posting: Landscape Maintenance Contractor (Part-Time ,Can become Fulltime)

We're a growing landscaping company looking for a reliable and skilled Landscape Maintenance Contractor. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow into a management position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, sprayers, etc.)

- Drive company truck to job sites

- Perform lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, hedge shaping) and small mulch jobs

- Track tasks and take photos using a smartphone

- Ensure equipment safety and high-quality work in various weather conditions

Qualifications:

- Landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred

- Skilled with small engine equipment and sprayers

- Valid driver's license with clean record

- Reliable transportation to work

- Comfortable using a smartphone for job tracking

- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors for long periods

- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional appearance

- Works well independently or in a small team

Schedule:

- Part-time, flexible (2-3 days/week)

Compensation:

- $25/hour, paid biweekly (contractor, responsible for own taxes)
