Responsibilities and Duties

Lift, push, pull, carry and hold materials, tools and supplies in excess of 100 lbs. Follow directions of supervisor/foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site. Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers, foreman and supervisor with other duties as required. Assist turf installation crew with various duties such as; shoveling, raking and running wheelbarrows. May be called upon to run power tools such as drills, saws and various small engine tools. Dig, spread and level construction material, including but not limited to fencing, decks and other hardscaping. Ability to layout, cut and install artificial turf per drawings and work orders. Use tools such as a utility knife, hammer, shovel, wheelbarrow, measuring tape, hand tamper, etc. May be called upon to use skid steer, forklift or sodcutters, any training or certifications will be an asset.

Qualifications and Skills

NO experience in hardscape/landscape construction required. Training will be provided on installation of artificial turf and related products.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
