We're Hiring: Landscape Labourer

Position Type: Full-Time Seasonal (with potential for year-round work)

We're looking for a dedicated and dependable Landscape Labourer to join our landscaping team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want to be part of a team that creates beautiful spaces, this role might be perfect for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with softscape and hardscape installations (planting, sod, pavers, retaining walls, etc.) Preparing soil, digging trenches, and grading for landscape features Laying mulch, moving gravel, placing trees, and installing materials on-site Using hand and power tools safely (shovels, wheelbarrows, string trimmers, etc.) Supporting installation of irrigation or drainage systems (under supervision) Keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized at all times Helping set up and break down equipment and materials each day Maintaining tools and equipment and reporting any issues Following safety protocols and using PPE as required Working closely with your team to meet timelines and quality standards
Work Environment:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions (sun, rain, heat, cold) Physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and equipment handling Flexibility to work extended hours or occasional weekends during peak seasons
What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED Landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and machinery (a plus) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labour all day Driver's license preferred but not required

Pay: $15.80-$28.00 per hour
