Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves various tasks related to gardening, irrigation, and general landscape upkeep, contributing to the beautification of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution. Utilize excavators for digging, grading, and moving materials as needed. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices is a plus. Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping is beneficial. Ability to operate excavators and other heavy machinery safely is desirable. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
