The Role

As a

Landscape Labourer

, you will play a hands-on role in building and maintaining outdoor spaces throughout Regina and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hard work, and wants to be part of a team that transforms ideas into living environments.

What You'll Do

Assist in the installation of sod, trees, shrubs, and other plant materials Prepare and maintain job sites including soil preparation, grading, and clean-up Operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment safely Support construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscapes Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently Ensure all tasks meet company quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For

Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required Physically able to lift, dig, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors Valid driver's license is an asset
