We are seeking Landscape Laborers with experience pruning and maintaining trees; operating machinery and running errands. The successful candidates will have a background in environmental sustainability, a passion for landscaping and an eye for design. The ideal candidates will also be familiar with transplanting, fertilizer and pesticide application and a willingness to keep their work area neat, clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
Use manual tools to cut and shape stone and concrete.
Dig trenches and prepare earth for construction projects.
Mow lawns and remove unwanted plants and trees.
Care for plants and trees using proper fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
Clean outdoor areas to remove debris and trash.
Remove damaged grass or soil from exterior areas.
Maintain outdoor areas by weeding, mowing, or trimming plants and lawns.
Locate underground utilities using utility locators.
Backfill trenches using shovels, hand trowels, or spades.
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
