We're looking for a

Landscape Hardscape Specialist

to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll manage the sales, estimating and quality control for our clients' hardscape needs --combining design, horticulture, and client service to create spaces people love.

What You'll Do:

Sales and Estimating

Oversee the sales and estimating functions for projects that want hardscape design ideas and solutions. Provide expert advice to clients on hardscape product, selection, and design ideas. Build strong client relationships rooted in trust, communication, and satisfaction.

Project Planning & Coordination

Prepare estimates and schedules for Landscape Construction projects focusing on Hardscape Installations. Coordinate resources, timelines, and materials to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage material sourcing, ordering, and inventory in alignment with seasonal needs.

Design & Collaboration

Design and implement walkways, patios, driveways, garden, retaining walls and steps Collaborate with the design team to bring creative, functional outdoor spaces to life for our landscape construction clients

Seasonal Responsibilities

Adapt to changing priorities through the seasons--supporting winter planning, estimating, and special projects as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
