Duties

Maintain and care for lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscape features using hand tools and power tools Implement irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for various plantings Prune, trim, weed, fertilize, and mulch to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Manage greenhouse environments by overseeing plant propagation, transplanting, and climate control systems Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, aerating, and seasonal cleanups Assist with farming activities including planting crops, harvesting produce, and soil preparation Monitor plant health regularly and identify pests or diseases to implement effective treatments

Qualifications

Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of plant care practices Knowledge of irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, and growing techniques Familiarity with lawn care equipment and hand tools as well as power tools used in landscaping Experience working in agriculture or farming environments is a plus Ability to operate various gardening machinery safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions for plant care and landscape design Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Pay: $19.54-$30.36 per hour
