Eco Edge Landscapes is looking for an enthusiastic and confident person to join our established and growing landscape company in the role of
Landscape Foreman.
In this role you will work independently and as a member of the team. You will direct the activities of team members at job sites, plan work schedules and allocate daily tasks along with rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.
As
Landscape Foreman
you will oversee and manage landscaping projects and ensure quality and efficiency on job sites. This role involves leading a team, coordinating tasks and managing resources to meet project specifications and deadlines.Responsibilities include planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising landscape construction work and maintaining work records. Strong organizational, communication and job planning skills required; along with mechanical aptitude.
While performing the duties of this role, you will be required to stand, walk, kneel, regularly lift and/or move up to 80 lbs.Must enjoy working outdoors under various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
Project Management: Planning, managing and supervising landscape construction and maintenance projects, including scheduling, resource allocation and quality control.
Technical Expertise: Understanding landscape designs, blueprints and specifications, and ensuring work is executed according to plan.
Communication and Coordination: Communicating with clients, team members, resolving work problems and ensuring smooth project execution.
Resource Management: Requisitioning materials, equipment and supplies and managing budgets for assigned projects.
Skills And Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Landscape installation, renovation or maintenance with proven leadership skills.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of landscape design principles, construction techniques, plant identification and materials.
Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, motivate and train a team along with managing project resources effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve work problems and implement solutions to improve productivity and quality.
Education: A college diploma, specialized courses or industry-related training in landscaping and horticulture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
