Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape labourer/ Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction and experience running machines. This role involves working on various landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Landscape candidate will play a crucial role in building decks, fences, Interlock Patios, Pool builds and Retaining walls

Responsibilities



Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Must have a good attitude and a strong work ethic Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Assist in the design and implementation of new landscaping projects as needed.

Experience



Proven experience in landscape construction Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a landscaping or related field is preferred. Knowledge of setting grades, laying interlock and running equipment Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Bonus pay
Schedule:

10 hour shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
