Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of landscape construction and project management, with the ability to estimate construction costs and negotiate effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage landscape projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards are met. Estimate project costs accurately. Collaborate with team members to negotiate pricing and secure necessary materials for landscaping projects. Build and maintain various landscape features, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all landscaping activities. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing for materials and services. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A valid driver's license for transportation to job sites.
