Position: Landscaping & Lawn Care Technician

Location: Charleswood, MB

Wage: Starting at $18-$25+/hr (based on experience)

Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (Spring-Fall)

We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates with at least

1 season of landscaping experience

Note: This role is not intended for short-term summer students, but for those seeking long-term growth in the industry.Key Responsibilities:

General lawn maintenance (trimming, aeration, power raking, etc.) Brickwork and hardscaping Operating skid steers and mini excavators Driving trucks with trailers Assisting with landscape planning and execution Other general landscaping tasks as required
Requirements:

Valid Class 5 Driver's License Personal smartphone with data (for maps and work apps) Minimum 1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Physically capable of working 10-hour days in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Able to get to our shop in Charleswood for daily start
