Landscape Crew Member
Job Description
Full landscape construction. From raking soil to installing stone patios, steps & retaining walls.Role -
- Operate heavy equipment
- Picking up material with truck/trailer
- Assisting with patio/wall installation
- Raking various materials (ex. Gravel, soil, mulch)
- Cutting stones
- Shovelling & moving material with wheelbarrow
- Other landscaping dutiesFull time hours paid weekly.
Work in various locations & weather conditions.
Standing for long periods of time.
Repetitive tasks.Requirements
- Class 5 drivers license with own transportation
- ability to lift 75 pounds
- CSA approved steel toe boots
- Positive attitudeJob Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 11 monthsSalary: $16.50-$25.00 per hourAdditional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Casual dress
- On-site parking
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
