Rom's Landscaping is seeking an experienced foreman to join our team and lead a small commercial landscape construction crew. An ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience in landscape construction and must have a Class 5 License.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the landscaping industry
Ability to operate a Skid Steer competently
Ability to manage up to 2 crew members efficiently.
Ability to drive truck and trailer competently.
Clear understanding and management of time per task expectations.
Basic knowledge of Irrigation
Full PPE is required at our job site : We provide hard hats, safety glasses and Hi-Vis shirts and or vests. Steel toed boots and jeans or joggers must be provided by employee.
