About You:

We're looking for someone who:

Has a class 5 driver's license Physically fit and ready to take on heavy tasks Comfortable operating machinery (or willing to learn) 1-2 years of related experience (bonus if you have it) Enjoys working as part of a team Open to feedback and eager to improve Clear communicator with teammates and clients Able to make decisions confidently Takes pride in doing great work Keeps a positive attitude, even on tough days Sets goals and works hard to achieve them Always shows up on time and ready to work Takes responsibility for your actions and work

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly rate: $23-$26/hr, based on experience Overtime pay after 40hrs Benefits package including: Dental and vision care Extended health care Company events Training and development
