The Role

Are you a seasoned landscaper who takes pride in high-end craftsmanship and leading a team to success? We are looking for a Landscape Construction Supervisor who isn't afraid to lead by example. This is a "working lead" position--you will be the driving force on-site, balancing high-level site management with hands-on skilled labor.

You will be responsible for transforming design plans into reality while mentoring a crew and ensuring every project meets our gold standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

On-Site Leadership:

Lead the daily work plan, including project sequencing and delegating tasks to ensure maximum efficiency.

Hands-on Construction:

Actively work alongside the crew as a skilled landscaper in tasks such as hardscaping, plantings, and site grading.

Crew Development:

Foster a culture of growth by providing ongoing skill-building and mentorship to crew members.

Goal Accountability:

Meet daily production goals and maintain strict adherence to project timelines and safety standards.

Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and client expectations.

Administration:

Complete daily administrative tasks, including accurate digital timesheets and progress photo documentation.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in landscape construction.

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls), softscapes, and equipment operation.

Leadership:

Proven ability to motivate a team, manage conflict, and teach technical skills on the fly.

Organization:

Strong ability to sequence complex tasks, and manage time effectively.

Communication:

Clear verbal communication and tech-savviness for digital reporting.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.05-$43.26 per hour
