West Coast Pro Landscaping Ltd is looking for energetic experienced Hardscape Installers/ Lead hands that are willing to learn and grow with our team.Landscape Installers:
Experience installing retaining walls and interlocking pavers is a must, this is the majority of our work, if you do not have experience installing paving stones and retaining walls apply for our labourer position.
Experience operating machinery , Excavators , skid steers etc is an asset.
Drivers license and reliable vehicle needed.
Must be able to work unsupervised for periods of time throughout the day
$25-$30 to start depending on experience.Landscape Lead hands:

Must be able to work unsupervised for part of the day, understand work flow operations and efficiently complete tasks on time.
Responsible for helping teach laborers and manage jobsite if/when foreman is off site.
We are looking for someone who will be able to advance in the near future to leading a crew of 2-3 teammates on a daily basis.
$30-$35 to start depending on experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $25.00-$35.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 - 45 per weekBenefits:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• excavator: 1 year (preferred)
• Skid steer: 1 year (preferred)
• Landscape Installation: 1 year (required)
• Retaining wall: 1 year (preferred)
• Interlocking paver: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver's License (required)
