Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction: Senior Manager to oversee and coordinate various landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management, landscape maintenance, and horticulture. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all aspects of landscape construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Coordinates snow and ice management program Develop project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, contracts, and change orders.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in construction management or a related field with a focus on landscaping projects. 5+ years of strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of landscape construction practices, softscape and hardscape, horticulture principles, and irrigation systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A background in hardscape installation is preferred. Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
