We are a large scale Landscape Construction Company with job sites all over the lower mainland. We are looking for an experienced site foreman to deliver another successful project, a career minded individual who would like to grow with our team in a positive environment.

Key Requirements:

A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers

Excellent communications skills

Minimum of 3 years experience in landscaping or general construction

Experience in supervising construction projects

The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary

Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and construction documents

Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards

Able to work on all site conditions

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct field staff for day to day site duties

Work closely with customers and management team

Installation of materials such as paving stones, block walls, planting and sod.

Deliver project on budget with highest degree of quality control

Plan, order and stage project materials by means of on-site take offs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Experience:
