What You'll Do

As our Landscape Construction Foreman, you'll guide a crew of 3-4 and ensure every project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. You'll be the key decision-maker on site, using your experience and critical thinking to keep work moving forward.

Your day will include:

Leading daily site setups, and planning Executing hardscape, softscape, lighting, and irrigation installations Reading plans, anticipating challenges, and thinking several steps ahead Troubleshooting issues as they arise -- materials, grading, layout, timelines Managing equipment, deliveries, and workflow Coaching and supporting your crew to meet quality expectations Ensuring clean, safe, organized worksites Communicating clearly with clients, and management Participating in project review and job costing discussions
This role is ideal for a Foreman who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys the responsibility of running efficient, high-quality sites.
