Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in executing large commercial and residential landscape jobs . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in horticulture, landscape construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure effective workflow and productivity. Oversee landscape install. tasks including planting, excavating, hardscaping, drainage, concrete prep, outdoor framing etc. and irrigation system management. Implement landscape designs as per project specifications while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Train and mentor team members on best practices in gardening, horticulture, and equipment use. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards. Manage inventory of landscaping materials and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and storage. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape construction, gardening, and horticulture is essential. Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams effectively. Knowledge of landscape installation is mandator. Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction. A strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all tasks undertaken. Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
