About Us

Prestige Construction & Landscaping Inc. is a growing, non-union commercial landscape construction contractor

completing projects for top GCs and developers across Ontario. We have a strong pipeline of work and are

adding an Estimator as part of planned growth.

Our scopes include: hardscape, retaining walls, curbs/sidewalks, parks, soil cells, planting, site furnishings, and rooftop amenity landscapes.

What You'll Do

Perform quantity take-offs from landscape/civil drawings Build complete estimates (labour, materials, equipment, trucking, subcontractors) Review tender docs, addenda, drawings, and specs Request/compare supplier + subtrade pricing (RFQs + leveling) Organize bid files and support tender submissions Assist with turnover packages once projects are awarded

What We're Looking For

3+ years estimating experience (landscape / civil / construction) Strong drawing interpretation + attention to detail Confident with Excel Bluebeam experience = strong asset Valid driver's license
